SHIPPING POLICY
Our UK (England, Wales & Scotland) orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.

Our International (excluding EU) orders are shipped using either Royal Mail International Tracked.

Ready made products:

We aim to process and dispatch these orders within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order.
(This does not take into account shipping time once handed over to Royal Mail)

Made to order products:

We aim to process and dispatch these orders within 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order.
(This does not take into account shipping time once handed over to Royal Mail and individual countries customs)

If you order hasn't arrived:
I only use Royal Mail Tracked 48hr & Royal Mail International Tracked service for posting, and will give you the tracking details in the 'Shipping' email you receive once I have posted your order. Once dispatched I do not have control over how long it takes to be delivered to you. Wild and Bare Fibres cannot be held responsible for loss, undelivered or damaged goods during transit. If you have any problems please get into contact and we will try to help where we can.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, you may need to pay for customs or import duties when your order reaches you. These are out of our control and Wild and Bare Fibres are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs. We advise you check with your local customs office for any advice needed.
If you do not accept the package and the goods are returned to myself, a refund will be issued up to the value of the goods, minus any fees charged to Wild and Bare Fibres.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope your order is everything you wanted it to be, but if this is not the case please get in touch and we can do everything we can to put this right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

If an item is damaged or anything is missing please contact us within 2days of receiving your item, with a clear photo of your damaged item

If you would like to cancel or amend your address please contact us as soon as possible as after an order is dispatched it can not be changed or cancelled

Items returned must be in their original condition and fit for re-sale. Items must be unused and in their original packaging

The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We advise to get a proof of postage, tracked and signed for service

Other Information
Once your order is shipped and handed over to Royal Mail, Wild and Bare Fibres are not responsible for shipping delays.

Please make sure your address is correct when you place your order, if I am not provided the correct address before the order is shipping it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package. I can not issue a refund for missing packages in this case, however if the package is eventually returned to Wild and Bare Fibres in its original packaging and fit for resale I can issue refunds in this case.​
I do my very best to photograph my products to best represent the actual product, however colours can display differently from monitor to monitor.
